Using the Subway

While you were working on your "Schatzsuche," you  figured out several
subway routes: how to get to blub, to Die Deutsche Oper, and to the Brandenburger Tor.
Well, you are still staying at the same hotel near the Viktoria-Luise-Strasse,
and you want to go to Kochstrasse to visit "Das Haus an Checkpoint Charlie." 
Use the  Subway Navigator to figure out how to get there!  

• On your answer sheet, list the various U-Bahn and/or S-Bahn lines that you will ride on to get there.
• Then pick up a map of the Berlin subway, and see if you can follow the route given. Write "Yes, I can make sense of the directions given." or "No, I can't figure this out."
• How long will it take you to get from your hotel to Kochstrasse?
• How much will it cost to ride the subway to Checkpoint Charlie and back to your hotel? You will be gone for a total of four hours. List the total price in both Marks and dollars. Click here for a currency converter.
