How do I order media?
You can email or phone-in your order. Give your name, school, request date for usage and include both the media number and title.

What is the check-out period?
The check-out period is approximately 14 days. A special booking can be arranged for those times when you know you will need a video longer. All requests should be submitted by 2:00 p.m. prior to the shipping date.
How do I receive and return items?
ESU 5: Media routes for ESU 5 schools are on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
ESU 4: Media is shipped out from ESU 5 on Thursday mornings. Please place your media orders prior to this time.
How do I get an extension on a due date?
You can extend the time that you retain a video by contacting the ESU booking clerk. Please make your requests at least one day prior to the item's due date. Extensions will be granted if the media item is not booked to another teacher for the requested extension period.
