Dr. Sadie N. Coffey has been a member of the ESU staff since 2023–2024. She currently serves as the MTSS & ILCD Lead, working alongside all 10 districts to build and strengthen systems within the MTSS framework. Sadie partners with school leaders and leadership teams to align staff, resources, and processes in a systematic way that ensures success for ALL students. Her work emphasizes organizing supports and services to meet diverse student needs, including special education, early childhood, English Learners, High Ability Learners, and more.
When not working, Sadie enjoys martial arts, golfing, and going to Turnpike Troubadour concerts. Sadie is married to her husband Phil and they have four children: Tucker, EmyJay, Frankie, and Hank.
