Regulated by Rule 79-1217, ESU 5 is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors and is responsible for the general control and direction of the ESU.

Educational Service Unit 5 Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. CST at ESU 5, located at 900 West Court Street, Beatrice, NE.

If a meeting is cancelled due to inclement weather, ESU 5 will post the cancellation information here.

I am so grateful that the ESU had so many specialists to work with my son, because now I know what to do to help my child with autism. The speech pathologist and occupational therapist from the ESU have allowed him to gain more than I ever expected him to. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
