This workshop is designed for special education teachers with fewer than five years of experience who are seeking to strengthen their confidence, compliance knowledge, and instructional practices. Participants will review essential components of high-quality IEP development, progress monitoring, collaboration with general education staff, behavior strategies, supervision of para-educators, and effective communication with families.
