Laura Koenig has been a member of the ESU staff since 2026. Laura is the Early Childhood Literacy Coach, ECSE who works with early childhood teachers to support them with reading and writing instruction. Laura also works with young children who have developmental delays to provide targeted interventions to support their development. Laura is particularly interested in supporting young children and fellow educators. Laura has a strong expertise in early literacy development. 

When not working Laura enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, and cooking.
