Shana joined the ESU 5 team in the summer of 2024. Prior to ESU, Shana served in the early elementary classroom for 12 years with Lincoln and Beatrice Public Schools. Shana is an Early Intervention Services Coordinator who helps families of children with developmental delays from birth to age 3. She connects families with needed services and works with multiple providers to ensure services are provided to the children and families. Shana feels strongly about building community and making connections with families and school districts.
Shana lives on the family farm with her husband and two young children. She is involved in her church's children's ministry, enjoys working in the yard, running on country roads, and listening to audio books. Shana is from Louisiana and spends holidays traveling south to visit her large family.
