Shelisa Kosmicki is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner with over eight years of experience in the mental health fiend. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has dedicated much of her career to supporting children and families across a variety of settings. Shelisa takes a relationship-centered and collaborative approach to mental health care, believing that strong, trusting connections are the foundation for growth and healing. She is passionate about helping students and staff develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional wellness, and build resilience while contributing to a positive and supportive school environment. Known for her compassionate and approachable styles, Shelisa strives to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life's challenges. 

Outside of work, Shelisa enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she's golfing, hiking, or simply enjoying nature. She also loves traveling, making meaningful memories with loved ones, and embracing opportunities for adventure and connection.
