Amy Coufal has been a member of the ESU 5 staff since 2025.  Amy is the Data Steward and a Professional Development Consultant who works with all of the ESU 5 schools.  As a Data Steward, Amy helps schools organize, analyze and effectively use data to inform decision-making. In her role as a Professional Development Consultant,  Amy focuses on supporting literacy efforts.  Amy is passionate about leveraging data to drive continuous school improvement.  

Outside of work, Amy enjoys camping and attending sporting events with her family.
