Annette Weise has been a member of the ESU staff since 2008.  Annette is the Director of Alternative Programs.  In this role she works with Alternative Education, Elementary Science and EKCO programs to provide services to our districts.  Annette also serves in a role as a Professional Development Consultant who works with all of the districts in Continuous School Improvement, Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.  Annette is also our Certified MAP facilitator, helping districts with their implementation and use of the MAP assessment data for student learning.  Cadres Annette leads for our region include: Media, Principals, CTE and Art.   Annette loves to think creatively about new ways to provide opportunities to our students - through new services or re-imagining current services to make them more relevant.  When not working Annette loves to spend time with her husband, four children and especially her granddaughter.  Annette also enjoys going to sporting events, photography and working with their dairy cattle.
