CTE Program Planning

Educational Service Unit NO. 5
9:00am — 3:00pm

Perkins requires schools to look at how they are including core academics into the CTE areas, as well as how are schools targeting special populations for CTE courses as well. This workshop will work, in part on those Perkins requirements. We will also be developing partnerships with business/industry through conversations with invited partners. These conversations can help with the goal of increasing our work-based learning opportunities for students.

I am so grateful that the ESU had so many specialists to work with my son, because now I know what to do to help my child with autism. The speech pathologist and occupational therapist from the ESU have allowed him to gain more than I ever expected him to. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
