Jamie Mapp has been a member of the ESU staff since 2018. Jamie is a school psychologist who works as a mental health clinician. Jamie partners with the mental health team, school districts, administrators, teachers and staff, students, families, and community members to provide a range of services and supports that promote mental wellness among all students. Jamie is particularly interested in systems-level down to student level mental health intervention promoting positive coping skills and resilience, classroom-based strategies for all, school culture and climate, power of relationships, and trauma. 

Jamie is a member of the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board and current president of the Nebraska School Psychologists Association. 

When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with family: husband, son, and daughter, extended family, and friends. Reading books, coffee dates [even if just for five minutes all by herself on the couch], being outside, yoga, attempting to jog, finding the joy in the simple things.
