Jen McNally has been a dedicated member of the ESU staff since 2017 and currently serves as the Director of Mental Health & Wellness. In this role, she leads with vision and compassion, guiding the development of the Wellness 4ALL mental health model, a proactive and impactful approach to supporting students and educators.
Recognized nationally for her expertise, Jen is a sought-after presenter, sharing best practices with districts across the country. She holds national certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), is a certified QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) instructor, and is widely respected for her commitment to advancing wellness initiatives that empower both students and educators to thrive.
When not working, Jen enjoys spending time with family, friends and being outdoors.
