Kelly started at the ESU 5 in August 2024.  Kelly is an Early Development Network Services Coordinator who helps families of children with special needs from birth to age 3. Kelly's duties include finding services to meet developmental, educational, financial, healthcare, respite care, and other needs. Kelly connects families with needed services and works with multiple providers to ensure services are provided to the children and families. Kelly works with families to help them become able to coordinate their own services in the future. Kelly is particularly interested in empowering parents to be the best advocate they can be for their children.

When Kelly is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and family pets. She keeps busy with attending her children's activities. Kelly also enjoys exercising, and shopping at her favorite stores.
