Kirsten McGill has been a member of the ESU Staff since 2025. Kirsten is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children and families as a mental health clinician. She is especially interested in working with families to promote mental wellness in the home environment, starting at birth. She has received specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma informed care, and motivational interviewing. Kirsten emphasizes the importance of utilizing strengths based approaches when working in school environment and individually with students.
When not working, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. Baking with sour dough, traveling, and going to live music events are some of her favorite activities, when time allows.
